My thoughts on FA signing in the game are that they ask for too much, so I bring them down. I offer what I think I should sign them for minus roughly 15%. If they come down closer to my number, I try without angering them, to bring them closer to my number and get as close as I can. Now, that being said, some players have the brain of Scott Boras in electronic form and will not move. Check your player's personality, they offer the real clues.
