ive found that basically its the 2nd tier stars that you can keep long term, unless you have yankee money or are willing to have one or two studs eating up your entire budget, you have to be creative and not just build a dynasty on cheap long term deals.
Players want what they would get in FA or close to it, so when you look at a guy's demand, think about if he was in the FA pool, would he get it, if so he probably wont budge much
