I have never played the game without minor leagues so I have a question.


I am going to set up a baseball universe and to save on speeds I want to decrease minor leagues. I set MLB to have only one and what I want to do is set up international teams without any minors that need to be simmed. Pretty much how did MLB do it before the minors came into play? I believe it was the reserve rosters but checking here.
