Morale Issues
I think the some parts of the morale feature should be changed. When I promote a player to spring training and then demote him on Opening Day, the player is more mad about being demoted than having the opportunity to be on the spring training roster. The other thing is top prospects, who are getting closer to call-up, but not yet ready, have an expectation of being a bench player. When I leave them in the minors instead of giving them a bench role, they get pissed off. Top prospects should not have expectations. Do you think top prospects in real life want to be bench players? They should want a starting debut when they're ready. I think those two changes would really improve the game.
