Not sure if I'm missing something with the American High School system, is it likely to see a 22 year old High Schooler entering the draft?

I have just noticed my draft has many high schoolers in the 21-22 range.

I can understand being left back a year or two in school at times and graduating from high school at 20, but 22 seems high, am I missing something?
