I apologize, it isn't my assistant GM delivering the message, but it's my bench coach that is telling me about my clubhouse atmosphere. I receive these messages by default, and after looking through the settings I couldn't find which one allows these messages. The best bet is receiving all the updates from "News subscriptions" in your managers news and mail.

Looking at the message again the bench coach tells me that we have our share of selfish and lazy players which would indicate loyalty/greed and work ethic issues if I'm not mistaken. However, I think for the most part winning creates a better environment which minor problems get swept under the rug, and losing just exacerbates the low team morale and chemistry into the difficulties you're facing in your clubhouse now.
