Thanks QD, not sure what went wrong then.

The World.dat I'm using is yours, the ethnicities file I'm using is yours, and the first and last name sets I'm using is yours.

It seems mostly fine, but I'm finding some African-American players that have first and last names that when I check, are not actually part of that set 39 name group.

Maybe I'll start over and see if it corrects itself.

One last thing, on your end if you click on Japan and go to nation editor or whatever it's called, do you see 3 different languages? I see Japanese is set to 87 and then there were 2 others (one at 11 and another at 2). Maybe that will tell me if It installed correctly.
