Create a league using the historical creation wizard. Select 1950, select random debut and select your minimum and maximum years(I suggest using 1901 or later as a minimum. Pre 1900 guys misbehave in random debut leauges
) If you want your league to dynamically evolve according to history, just select the option for expansion and the option to import finances. This way Brooklyn will move to Los Angeles, New York to San Francisco and your league will expand in 61,62 and so on. The options for import modifiers and import strategy should already be checked by default, but you can always double check to make sure.
