Someone like Vizquel is a good example of someone who should be in the game as some sort of coach as it is pretty much expected that is what his career progression will be to either a hitting coach or bench coach or manager. First Base and Third Base coach are important roles on the MLB teams so maybe there would be no harm in at least those guys being in the game as they may well become the future bench coaches or managers. What I am thinking about is for instance some of the bench coaches/hitting coaches start retiring in the game. Woudn't it be good to have some of the guys who would replace them in the real MLB in the game.
