Here is one I think will work fine for ya.
This one uses Orel Hershiser's 1995 ALCS MVP trophy. I have the filename as award_lcs.png so you will have to do some renaming when you figure out how you personally want to utilize these trophies.
I am glad folks are getting enjoyment out of them. I will go track down that post that details how to easiest add these into skins.
Thanks again for pointing that out to me, I never noticed in my test sims previously that it did that, and I haven't been through my first WS yet as I play all of my games out!
