Not a definite on this but the image is consistent in color and tone and sky and all that from the 1964 shoot at Pirates' spring training.

It's placed between two minor leaguers named Farkas and Cook, and probably is alphabetically close to one of them. There's nobody in the Pirates' camp in 1964 who fits "E" or "F" in terms of spelling. But there are two pitchers: Harvey Chaffin and Phil Cunningham, both blond or light-brown haired. They each look vaguely like 449, but while Cunningham's demeanor matches this guy - cap pulled down - he had bright blue eyes and even the browning of this negative over the years probably wouldn't have changed the color of them in 449.
