Looking for info on this photo.

What year was this taken, and where?

And most importantly to me, what's the deal with those pants? I don't recall those stripes on any 1970s Pirates uniforms.

Edited to add: It's not 1973, as another shot displays the left shoulder sans a Clemente patch or strip. 1974-75, maybe. 1976, maybe, but no bicentennial patch. Richie left for Philadelphia, late 1976.
