Question for the board (I've been digging for a couple hours)

I set up a custom league in order to create a tournament style structure I can reuse. I saved my rules/set-up as a template. When I try to start a new league with the intent of using different historical teams, I can't figure it out. Basically, I import the template...but I don't know how to add/edit the initial set of Historical Teams. I do see the 'Add Historical Team' option in the Fictional Baseball League Configuration page...but where are the data files to import the teams I want?
