Hello all,

I'm not new, but there is a question which has bothered me. Let's assume I have 2 picks in the 4th round. When making a trade offer, and I want to offer up one of those 4th round picks, can I specify *which* pick I want to trade? Let's say I have pick 140 and pick 150, can I specify if I want pick 140 to be part of the trade offer, as opposed to 150?
