I haven't run into this problem myself, and it would be a pain in the behind to do it for every single minor league team, but checking off that box should stop the game from making any changes automatically.

I believe that will stop the automatic update from happening. Now that it already happened, though, is there any way to easily change the logos/colors so they're not all uniform? For example, can I just export a color scheme from another saved league with same teams and import them into this game? I have another similar league.
