Ditto all of what was said above.
Some other things that can be fun, that I always do in my MLB games:
-Expand to 32 teams, and do a divisional realignment (I currently have 4 divisions of 8 teams each)
-Allow trading of draft picks
I also usually bring the DH to the NL.
