You're correct that changes were made to ootp16. You need to read the readme.txt file in ootp's logos folder or you can refer to my post here
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ml#post3897829 for that readme. It covers all graphics in ootp 16 (logos, uniforms, ballcaps, etc.)
