"Hard" is not realistic the other way; that is, the AI will normally not trade unless it can rip you off. That gets tiresome after a while; it gets a bit ridiculous when the AI wants your number one starter and another player plus even more in exchange for a journeyman infielder.

Another thing I will do is to set it to "Hard" and play it that way most of the time but I will force a trade that I think is fair AND which helps both teams.

It seems that the right setting is somewhere in between "Average" and "Hard" and, that being the case, one must be flexible by playing on both settings as the situation demands.


I notice the same thing... The AI wanted my best prospect for a number 4-5 starter... I'm starting to do what you guys said, basically go back and forth.
