Left-hander John Cumberland was acquired by the Twins in November of 1972 in a deal for Wayne Granger. He was released April 10 on the eve of the 1973 season and signed with with Giants 11 days later.
But, thanks to the Vault, his spring with the Twins has been captured forever.
