As far as fictional, start small. ML 1-3 levels of minors, let your staff handle promotions and such til you get more familiar with OOTP. OOTP can be overwhelming til you get used to it.

I have a few more questions if you don't mind. 1) Can you start out at the manager of only Rookie or Single "A" teams? 2) Can you have female players in this game [I'm putting together a universe with comic characters with entire 3 leagues {One Marvel, One DC, One independent or non-major companies} or just 2 leagues {One Marvel, One DC, and have non-Marvel and DC characters be free agents at first}] 3) How can I make custom jersey sets and custom logos?
