Are there any detrimental effects of leaving a team's location or nickname blank? For example, if you just want to use city names and call your teams Boston, Philadelphia, etc., will news articles all read "Boston Defeats Philadelphia"? Or will they sometimes try to fill in the blank nickname, so that you just get "Defeats"?
