I'm still watching in pitch-by-pitch mode but I wanted to step back and approach the game from more of a GM role instead of God-mode. So far, it's been fun.
Does anyone have any experience playing this way? If so, do you find that you are still engaged at the game-level? Do you find it hard to not bring in the bullpen when you see the pitcher is tired in a close game?

This is the way I play, I let my manager set the lineups/rotations for the most part, although I'll step in and make some a few changes...
