Whatever you see that's updated is updated and whatever isn't updated isn't
A lot of the stuff you're bringing up, stats etc. will not be updated for OOTP16.
This is a quick (ok, took us dozens upon dozens of hours but still relatively quick) free, fun update. It's not comprehensive. For a comprehensive update you'll have to wait till OOTP17.
