Should I go for more levels of minor leagues already or is it not important? I am planning on expanding on those as time goes by.
Any draft tips? What to look for in my picks, I see a lot of starting pitchers with low stamina on here, is stamina mostly for relievers?
Any general tips for playing with the 1905 financials and strategies

I don't remember exactly how this works for inaugural drafts, but generally, you want the rounds to go long enough to fill all of your roster spots (MLB roster size + AAA roster size), but you want enough players for there to be a decent free agent pool beyond that. So like the previous poster says, perhaps around 60 rounds.
I don't know that there is any need to change length of season or any other settings to accommodate the size unless you want to.
I don't play with early years settings, so unfortunately I can't add much on the topic of 1905 strategies. I would suggest you go to the historical forum and ask for suggestions there on that one topic. That could help as well with learning what types of players to draft.
The one thing you want to make sure is checked is the option (can't remember it exactly) that will have the game's financials continue to evolve over the years.
Good luck!
