The only answer I can provide is -- yes and no. The 1971 Topps card proves there are Downing Brewers photos out there. But I have not downloaded any, nor have they shown up on my checklists. Dodgers, A's and Yankees, we got.
I suggest patience. Someone might have happened upon one in a newer thread I have not checklisted.
