^this. Stamina is rarely the deciding factor between a starter and a reliever. Most relievers were starters at one point that failed. A reliever only needs one or two quality pitches because they will only see the lineup once. Reversely, a starter needs 3 or more quality pitches to keep hitters off balance when they face the lineup 3 or more times.
