Yet another nasty Q...
Looking at the draft order, could it be edited. Like Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves had 3 First Round picks this year..
Some of those changed draft-orders and team having more than one pick in a certain round has to do with trades in some cases long before this season started.
At least the starting year (this year and this roster setup) for this roster fix perhaps could have had a correct draft setup (if possible that is)
