Yeah, like Matt said that's not a sustainable BABIP and I'd add HR rate with that movement rating. Get a decent infield defense behind him, throw him on a lower pitch count and he should be a
decent to good 5-6 inning starter. There's no reason to release him yet when you have that big a financial commitment and can likely get some use out of him.
