I believe the correct capitalization would be:

"Buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo."

Or if the city is being buffaloed:

"Buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo."

If said buffaloing is happening all Buffalo-style, then:

"Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo."

Unless it's not Buffalo-style but just buffalo-style, then:

"Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo."

Either way, the Bisons lose.
