There are literally hundreds of games on tape dating back to the early '30s. A few highlights still dribble out of The Miley Collection (Nolan Ryan's first start, or the 1973 "Dave Augustine" game as recent examples; and in video it should be noted that the Larsen perfect game and Mazeroski's homer each came to light in the last six years), but the 'special' games that exist are largely out there and the Jones game is not among them.

There is always a chance a copy lies undiscovered, or is in private hands and for some reason being held back - there is a recording of the last seven-and-a-half innings of Koufax's perfect game that has never been made generally available - but the likelihood is very very small.
