They're counted at the ECHL minimum salary of $10750. I think the actual amount that's used in the real life calculation is slightly higher than that, but we had to tweak it slightly to make it work with the effective cap floor imposed by the league salary minimum (we can only track one minimum salary at the moment, and the ECHL has separate ones for veterans and rookies, so we have to match it to the lowest of the two or we get situations where a team full of loaned players can't reach the floor.)
