Looking
Long-time OOTPer, was in several sim leagues between versions 4 and 6.5, and am currently in an OOTP15 league. I chose to leave my only OOTP16 league, though, so I'm looking for a new one.
I enjoy writing articles, so I'd prefer a league that has that feature.
The league must have the following settings:
Scouting: 100% Accurate
Ratings: 1-100
Potential: 1-100
Days per sim: More than 3
