I just simmed in a test run up to the draft to see what happens....

almost any 18-20 year old seemed available to get drafted... even if the have gotten a contract before as free agents....

I am doing a 16 team fictional league with a minor league team ...

I didn't worry about the Juniors as I don't worry about feeder leagues in OOTP, but perhaps I should have....

So now I kind of regret it, I mean I can just go ona and not concerne myself with the draft at all, and that is all I can do

But it would be nice if in one of the installments, on July1 as one can expand the league ... to add either a minor league system or Junior feeder league ... as one may reconsider these two at a later date
