That is already there if I understand what you are asking for (well you can't save 3-4 customized views but there are minor league and waiver/dfa views). Under the 'Transaction' screen there is the 'Overview' (which is the view I think you are talking about ) then there is 'Disabled List' and 'Minor Leagues' (Which shows as many minor leagues that will fit on the screen based on your resolution).
