Open the league's settings page and on the right, click export leagues rosters. The go into your saved game's import/export folder and change the rosters.txt to rosters.csv (if needed) and open it.
Make your changes and save. Then on the league settings page, click import rosters and select the roster file you want to import . If it doesn't load, change the extension to .txt from .csv. (both should work though if I remember correctly).
