I trying to start an MLB game with a fantasy draft but I want all the players to keep their existing contract, so someone like Kershaw would be making 33-34 million per season for the next 5 years.

Is it possible to do this? I've tried the two options of Draft with fixed Budget set to Yes and No but neither give the desired results.
