Seems fishy to me, too.

%r could easily be someone mashing 5 on their keyboard, and the 5.0 looks like its supposed to go in the potential rating improved from 1.5 to ... line.

However, how would this output even happen? When adding a new pitch you can only choose from a list of pitches - you can't add a brand new one, can you? Could someone do this if they were importing a team roster/player, and got some of the txt file wrong?
