Hi there. We would very much like the ability to manually add a "best of X" series. You can currently add games to the schedule manually, but if you add a "playoff" game, OOTP doesn't recognize if you want that game to be part of a best of seven series.

In an online league, we need to sim multiple games at a time, so the ability to add a playoff series that could be blessed as "best of 5/7/9/etc." would be a big help.
