Stadium Modification: is allowed during each off-season, within the following parameters:
(1) all ratings must remain between 0.85 and 1.15, and no park may have more than 55,000 seats.
(2) every point of change to a park factor requires $5 million, and every 1,000 seats requires $1 million.
(3) changing the Ballpark Factors by more than 10 points per year will cause a 2-point drop in Fan Interest as fans adjust to the new stadium plans.
