It's the stupid pitching endurance coding. In the 9th inning, Harvey flips from "OK" to "Tired", and boom, safe lead turns into tying run in scoring position. In real baseball, a starter does not suddenly blow up after pitching 8 shutout innings. He's obviously on top of his game and a CGSO the only conclusion, yet OOTP's lack of realism turns him just by exceeding a certain tiredness level into a AAA scrub.
I think this is from the whining after OOTP's 15 WS coding. I understand that using a starter on ultra short rest from the bullpen was unrealistic as hell and gaming the system, no real manager would use such unconvential moves and the pitcher would need instant Tommy John surgery. Yet this wasn't from the bullpen! Write proper SP code!
