Some rules still not implemented. Germany / DEL

Min. 3 german players (must be eligible to play for national team) U24 (23 years or younger) in roster and max. 120 DEL Games (If he played more than 120 games, then he is no longer covered by this regulation.). These 3 players must have a Förderlizenz.

Förderlizenz:

max. 6 Förderlizenz player in roster / can be awarded., max. 4 dressed
max. 120 DEL Games

Förderlizenz Players must at least to play 20 games in the DEL2, only then he can play in the playoffs.
If he plays in the Playoffs DEL, he can not play in the playoffs / playdowns of DEL2. (for players)
Goalies: Goalies must have played 300 minutes in DEL2.

max. 32 player in rooster, but U19 Player not fall under the limit. (No license is calculated)

Active Roster: 32 (not 23) In the first season, a very big problem. If a large team is available with many players over 23 years, you get big trouble. Many players have been released.

Dressed: 21 (not 20)

injury reserve counter: does not exist in Germany

Minor Option: player 23 years old or younger, Goalies 25 years old or younger

Players who transfer within the DEL to another team, can return to old club in the same season.

Playoffs:

Playoff games are wrong.

Pre-Playoffs: is ok with best of 3

Playoffs: not ok, in the Game Best of 5 applied, but actually play best of 7

Playoff rules:

Lengh overtime: not 10, but 20 minutes is correct. (20 min, 15 min break, 20 min, 15 min break etc. until a goal is scored.
