I agree with Questdog about Quebell.

At worst he stays what he is now and you have a good defender at first with excellent on base skills. That's already valuable. If he realizes even a little bit of that power stroke he showed in the minor leagues (he's still pretty young, isn't he??) he becomes a perennial All-Star candidate. I think getting rid of him now would selling very low.
