You haven't loaded the SQL into the database yet.

1. Go to the SQL Files page (link at the bottom of the validator page).
2. Load the human_managers, teams, leagues, sub_leagues, divisions, and team_relations files.
3. Then you should be able to log in from the login page.
4. Then go back to the SQL files page to load the rest of the files
5. Then go to the Admin screen and configure
