When you log in you are in the manager list like you should be?
Have you asked the commissioner to check the export files on the server? He can check the date of the last upload on the server.
I would also ask him to check it in game. When our GMs have export problems I always check in game just to be certain.
Have you changed your Internet Provider lately?
You are getting the error for import and export?
I have not used an Apple computer since... maybe the Vic 20 in the 80s.
