Amateur Draft- Teams have picks, they are ordered based on the previous years standings.
Rule 5- Same as above, selected players must remain in the 25 man roster for the season or be returned to the team that lost the player.
Free Agency- If a player is compensation eligible the team that lost him gets a pick after the last pick of the first round of the next amateur draft. The team that signs the player loses their highest pick.
