I am in a league that is currently in year 2038 and some of the members of the league, including myself, have noticed that there tends to be a strangely higher % of players that have "random" TCR dev ups in ratings (that aren't affected by age, velocity change or GB% change) that have High or Very High Leadership ability.

Was curious if anybody else happened to notice this in their league? We have our TCR set to 30 I believe, which is below the default setting, so dev ups aren't an overly common occurrence and this trend has seemed to happen all too often vs. players that are Very Low-Low Leadership, in fact we've noticed they tend to be more popular dev down candidates in their early years.

We use a 1-10 scale, so when we see lots of dev ups on a player it is a large change.

I'm speaking up situations like these:
