I am considering starting an online league with hidden ratings. No one will be able to view actual/potential ratings in the league. Has anyone ever run a league like that or have participated in one ? I think I would use coaches and scouts. Will the Commish have an advantage in such a league ?
Please reply with any input and suggestions as to what settings should be used and share your experiences with such a league. Thanks.
