I've been playing a bunch of games in the 30s, 40s and 50s and I noticed that in addition to the coachability 0 issue, that the pass/shoot of all goalies is at 0. Aging, aggression and goalie stamina is also a bit spotty. I've put this file together to address these issues deriving ratings from real-life statistics. It includes all goalies 1917-2012. I am very confident of ratings for any goalies who played prior to 2005 and have been plugging them in manually and testing results.
