How to manage your minors
It's probably a question that have been asked quite often (so feel free to refert other post on this forum), but how do you manage your minors effectively.
If I put my assistant GM in charge he's just putting the same rookie in AAA everyday... so I guess part of the answer is managing it yourself. I'm just wondering if there's some tricks I'm not aware off that would make the task easier to do.
