Schroeppel was on the Yankees' spring roster in 1966 and 1967.
The photo which was in question is on the left. A known photo of Schroeppel is on the right. They are a bit difficult to compare, but the noses look the same to me. I think Fritz nailed it. |
Fritz did nail it............he emailed me the pic on the right last night and he said it was 1966.....he wore #61.
